This policy explains what information Chop Chop, a product of BLE LIMITED, collects from users of its mobile application, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Chop Chop is a food-delivery aggregator that connects customers in Nigeria with local bukka restaurants and street-food vendors.
We share limited information with the following service providers, only as needed to run Chop Chop:

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records and payment records are retained for up to seven years to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. When you delete your account, personal information is removed or anonymised within thirty days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To request access or deletion, email admin@blelimited.com from the email address associated with your Chop Chop account. We will respond within thirty days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our backend. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the Chop Chop app before they take effect.
