JAD Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JAD, a product of BLE LIMITED, collects from users of its mobile application, how that information is used, and the choices you have. JAD is a marketplace for verified rental homes and vetted home-service tradespeople in Nigeria.

We share limited information with the following service providers, only as needed to run JAD:

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records, inspection records and job records are retained for up to seven years to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. When you delete your account, personal information is removed or anonymised within thirty days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To request access or deletion, email admin@blelimited.com from the email address associated with your JAD account. We will respond within thirty days.

6. Children

JAD is not directed at children under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email admin@blelimited.com and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our backend. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the JAD app before they take effect.
