Delete Your JAD Account

JAD is operated by BLE LIMITED. You can delete your JAD account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account from the app

1. Open the JAD app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.

Your account and login are permanently removed, along with your profile, property listings, inspection requests, service requests, saved favourites, uploaded photos, and location data.

How to request deletion by email

You can instead request deletion by emailing admin@blelimited.com from the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What is kept

Transaction and payment records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, in line with the JAD Privacy Policy, but they are unlinked from your personal profile.
